There are few conditions that lend itself to such a dramatic and immediate improvement in one’s overall appearance and sense of well-being than the surgical repair of a complex hernia. The strategies for repair require a deep understanding of anatomy and lends itself to elegant solutions. Nothing challenges me more and nothing I do in surgery gives me greater pleasure.”

Dr. Laker recognizes the importance of a collaborative effort for complex medical/surgical issues and works together with a number of specialists to ensure the best and most appropriate management of his patients.
